Chassis Number

Can any one tell me what year this chassis number on a Beetle relates to

195881782.

When I check on some web sites it tells me that 65 year Beetles should have a number starting 115??

Dean the 9 stands for Australia... and its a 65 but i think someone has changed the chassis or body as it should be a Rag top roof like mine if it has a 65 chassis.

What head lining material does it have if any...
Whats the date on back of speedo and fuel gauge
whats the top of the front seats look like ??
what are the date stamps on the wheels.
