Lookin to find out what brand / type /size his wheels are?Also stud pattern ,PCD,centrebore,offset etc ad if he had any problems fitting them.
Very close to wheels i'm about to order for my 57 custom made by Wolfrace 7x17

Here are some details on Mike wheel n tyre combo
The wheels are 17" x 7" Hijone with REAL chrome not sprayed. they have a 4 stud pattern on a 100mm PCD, not sure of the off set but they fit a
standard Golf. tyres are Front 195 x 40 x 17" silverstone, Rears 205 x 40 x 17 silverstone
The front beam has been narrowed by 70mm and is fitted with Drop spindles from CB 2 1/2" drop
the rear axles are from the early pre 67 beetle and are the short type also fitted with a 16mm wheel spacer plate

How much those rims cost ? and where can you pick them up ? Do I need different disc & brakes for them ? looks great 
Just curious .... is the ride height illegal ? cause it's pretty low

Cheers VW54 for the info,they are exact same wheels except over here branded under Wolfrace and are same real chrome,any chance the guy has an e-mail
address?just wanna check some fitting issues before i buy them?if he don't want to its cool
