Fuses

I looked at my fuses today and it seems that whoever changed them has screwed around, for instance i took out a ceramic piece that said 25, so 25 amps, and the metal was the same thickness as an 8 amp fuse. How annoying. So I dont even know whether they are the right rated fuses. Nothing has blown though...

Does anyone have a diagram of the fuse box in a '69 bug, showing the type of fuse needed for each spot? Or can anyone tell me what they should be?

I have checked vintagebus.com, doesnt have it.
Cheers

REd fuses are 16amp and whItE r 8 amp

The headlights and parkers all should have Whites in them so you should only have about 4 reD fusES fitted.
