moving house
Well, the contract's signed, the signs up and we're advertised on the net too. So it's really going to happen!
We are selling our place in Sydney and moving up north, to near Byron.
Now we just need a buyer & somewhere to live up there...

Our house is up for a really good price for the area, on the cheap side but hopefully that will help us sell faster. We are in the Penrith area. I can
post the link for the online advert if you like. Are you interested vwombat!?:P
Tim has found a place to rent in Clunes Judy, so not tooooo far from Byron.
Had someone come through & look on Saturday and the 'team' of agents through yesterday, someone came through this morning and someone who sounds
promising coming through this arvo... phew!!
