All I know is that there was
- 3 fold and 2 fold versions, thats the folds whenthe roof is slid open.
- round corners and square corners - think that 55 was the square corner one
- full aluminium runners and part alumium and part plastic runners
- solid handle and poviting handle
What years these applied to I have NFI:bounce

Sam
What Dean said is pretty right. I have a 56 and 65 with roofs.
What is it exactly your after
If your going to but one make sure its complete with all the bits. Parts for them are bloody hard to find.
WCM or VVDS ( opps i shouldnt have said that ) have a roller kit available for the tracks and that about the only bits still available new. also
some shops have the vinal roof cover available
The pre 55 square corners roofs are ven harder to find. I saw one at the VW Classic in LAX sell for $800 USD a few years ago
That car that Bocka64 had for sale with the roof at $1500 was not a bad buy, i would have fixed the car rather that cutting the roof n grafting it to
another body. I think he still has it available if you can get in contact with him.
