Electrical Fault PLEASE HELP
hey here the deal
my notch has no:-
1 fuel guage
2 indicators (dash indicators stay illuminated no flash)
3 hazards (red button stays illuminated no flash)
4 radio (light comes on, no sound)
YES i has checked and changed all the fuses 5 times
everything else works just fine
ran outa fuel other day and ppl are getting rearly pissed with me for not indicating, any sugestions please you good ppl

no worries guys, solved the problem, the live from the battery was touching the frame of the rear seat, very weird eh, when i removed the rear seat
was all oky, so a rubber matt does the trick,

You were lucky,
Many VWs Burn when someone kneels on the rear seat to get something... usually in a Beetle or type 3 Variant... OR
A Large person sits on top of the battery,,, the seat springs touch the terminals of the battery, and You have a seat on fire..... followed by the
rest of the Car...
I used to use an old truck mud flap on top of the Battery...
or You can buy the Genuine VW type battery that has covers over the posts...
