Latest pics with the clear front blinkers and clear rear lenses. Just needs to be lowered now. But no way i can convince mum to do that. Will have to wait a long time before i inherit it. Also has an led brake light in the rear window. Hard to ee though in pics. Great at night. Very Bright.

gday mate. Im doin up a 73 micro that looks identical. Same colour except mine has a white roof. Im just about to start rubbing it back. Did you need to remove all the windows? And what was the prob with the skylight? Cheers...great job!

Cool 73 - I've laso got one - the clear lenses look good but as mine a new ones don;t think I'll be swapping them until they craze. Well done guys :P

Don't need to remove the windows unless you really want to restore it properly. We replaced every window rubber with a new one. Spent about $1000 on rubbers alone. All new door rubbers etc etc. Just makes the money spent on your investment worth it. i.e. no leaks. Which brings me to the sun roof.

I remember being 15 and syaing to mum not to get one put in. She went ahead and did it anyway. Leaked ever since. Worst thing ever. If it was meant to have one it would have come with one. And would have been made for it. Now 15 yrs later it has been fixed as best you can fix that sort of stuff up.
