Are these both super beetle? Or standard torsion bar beetles?

If going super beetle to super beetle the answer is yes. There was some comments made on http://www.superbeetlesonly.com/forum/index.php

The main differences are the 2 bolt vs 3 bolt strts and possibly the rack and pin steering (although this may have been later).

If going torsion bar to torsion bar, I don't see any problems. I think the late torsion bar beetles are all the same.

Cheers
Jeremy

Anyone know where I can find a semi-auto pan in Melbourne. Wreckers, private sale anything!
