Splitty Interior

Can anyone help, I am trying to make the rear corner boards in a splitty, they go from the back of the rear side window to the edge of the rear hatch.
These were a kind of compressed cardboard, the only stuff around is 3mm MDF and that wont bend as much as I need it to . I am going to cover it so I dont need it to look pretty.
Any one any idesa.

Cheers

You could always steam bend plywood, but masonite would be my first bet. you can get white coated masonite, called masonite witecote. Comes in 2400x1200 I think.

Yep - go with the masonite. You can cut it roughly
to size and wet it (like soaking wet). Bend to corner,
fix it, let it dry and then final trim.

I paint it as well to seal it up before covering. Seems to
help stop it warping down the track.

Easier still. Go to a motor trimmer or motor trimmer supplier and get the heavy cardboard that's used for lining commercial vehicles. It's flexible and has a fake leather surface or smooth if you like. It's grey but can be re-coloured any colour you like with a can of vinyl spray. The only way to do it.

Roy.
That would be great, what is the middle one for.??
I one of the large corner ones so I can just copy that for the other side.
As far as I know I would just need the bottom for each side, the ones below the large corner ones if you know what I mean.

Also I will try for the heavy cardboard as well. Thanks all
