WTB: Carby/Carbies
Hi all,
I'm after a second hand single or dual carburettor setup (including manifold/s, filter/s etc) for my 1835cc Beetle. If anyone has anything for sale
to suit, preferably in the Sydney area or surrounds, please contact me via U2U or by reply to this thread.
Also, please don't suggest that I call a store, I have already called many and am looking at all of my options.

there is a set of 34ICT carbs on ebay at the moment. complete kit with filters and linkages.

Thanks, but those seem to be in Adelaide and I'd rather not have to deal with the distance if there are any problems with the purchase. I've been
bitten too many times in the past.

You have a u2u....what are the specs of the 1835...this will help you pick you carbs....

Thanks for the u2u mate, seems a bit expensive for my likings, but I was expecting that. I'll get back to you with the specs of the 1835, I don't
know them off the top of my head, that's my brother-in-law's area.

ive got a twin barrel progressive webber but its only the carby. its jetted for a 1600-1700 if your interested for about $200

I have a center mount down draft weber DCN-40 including manifold that was on my 1835 ran very well just bolt on and go $200 if interested give me a
