Wanted - 4 stud mags for 67 type 3

Hey folks,

I'm chasing a set of 4-stud mags for my newly acquired 67 squareback. Has anyone got something for sale. I'm not exactly sure what I'm after but I'm open to offers/suggestions. As mentioned they need to be 4 stud, and I'd like something along the lines of empis (prefer satin or dull finish rather than chrome, but once again I'm open at this stage)

I remember seeing recently a set of genuine empis (black) for around $900 but most of the 'for sale' posts have been deleted. I liked these also but have lost the details. Does anyone have the details of this post again (the seller perhaps!).

If anyone can email photos of their wheels with prices to:

stephenianjames@hotmail.com

that would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Steve

I have a set of 14x6 hotwires that came off a type 3. Certainly not empi's, but if ya cant find them these might do... about $200.

Wow plenty of hotwires here!
I have a set too.
Fronts 14x6, Rears 14x7
With brand new Goodyear tyres and chrome bolts.
The tyres cost me $365 and the bolts cost me $115.
Much steeper at $600 (or very near!) but the wheels only cost you $120 in this package!

Thanks for the offers guys of the hotwires, but I'm not really a fan of them to be honest. Sorry...I should have mentioned this in the beginning to save you the trouble. I also dont really want slot mags, as I have a set currectly.

I was flicking through a VW mag and saw some BRM's. These looked similar to the empis I mentioned, so I will see how this post goes but I might go for them otherwise.

If anyone has some 4 stud VW mags (other than hotwires or slotmags) please give me a hoy.

Cheers,

Steve
