Standard size bearings throughout did not need line bore,
standard camshaft,
Refaced lifters,
90.5mm mahle pistons & Barrels, all balanced to rest of motor
new heads machined, flow machined and semi-hemied
low compression motor 7-1
Type 4 oil cooler for extra cooling and type 3 tinware underneath the barrels for extra cooling,
Standard 34pict carby with enlargened main jet to match bigger bore
German 009 dizzy
I have had this motor running in two beetles and a splitty ute, and it is a good cool running strong motor,
at present it has a 6v 1500 kombi flywheel to suit a 6v gearbox but can fit 12v flywheel if preferred,
I am selling it pretty much at cost price and for $1800 it would be very hard to find another,
have it set up so you can hear running
