The only generator pulley to use is a new 3 piece one. The chrome ones spin the centres out and come apart, taking the belt with them. I have fixed several that have done this. Brand new good quality 3 piece pulley is about $25, which I have fitted several of!

..don't think there is... the offset could be different, but I would presume the diameter is the same... unless you're counting the 36HP versions, they might be smaller because I've read their fans spin faster than the later model engines (with removable generator stands)

anyone got one? Doesn't have to be in tip top condtition, as long as it's ot warped- I only need it to get me on the road!

I have plenty of s/h original ones. The new ones are not dressy at all, just new steel... $10 for s/h. If you want the early look, use a 36mm nut off the fan side of the genny to hold the pulley on.
