fuel tank
hey,, any one know how to get the float out of the fuel tank it came off the sender unit i think it keeps getting stuck in the filler pipe.tried to
push it out with wire and get the old BBQ tongs down the tank to get it but the tank hole is to smallor can i get another senderunit and try to put a
hole in the old float and let the air out of it to get it out

may have to remove the tank and empty it... tip upside down and the float should appear at the hole.

Not sure,
my recommendation would be don't puncture it.
In a very very well vetilated place, try a piece of wire with a loop and go in via the sender unit hole instead?
