Yes they are for New beetle 2000>
They are NOS because the dealer I got them from is no longer a VW dealer and this is their NEW OLD STOCK ,

That's what I have been paying from our Dealer for new,new ,stock but gave up with them.They were held on with velcro strips and kept losing the left one.Needed to find someone who kept losing the right one so we could trade.
