Break lights - need heaps of pedal
I recently replaced my sender switch on the master cylinder.
Now I have to be almost standing on the breaks before the breaklights come on. Is there any adjustment or have I just got a crook sender switch??
(it was a new one!)

May be a faulty switch.....
they are very basic.....
try another one.....
a 2nd hand one that works may be better....
Maybe they were all like that 30 years ago and now they have worn in..
