air con 4 2ltr kombi anyone experienced it


looking to install the after market air con system thats above your head
in a fibreglass thing has anyone experienced a drive in one ?Is it any good ,
does anyone do a better or updated version? does anyone have one for sale?

hey
the local VW guy has a dual cab with the factory aircon unit imstalled using a modern compressor and the likes he said it is very efficient and for general driving doesnt take much away from the engine!! he said it cools the dual cab nicely and in a pretty quickish fashion (said for it to be a nice temp around 2-4 minutes for the whole dual cab to be filled!!

I have had one in a full kombi, ie a micro and it was great. Took a lot of power from the engine.

I have one but dont run it because of the drag on the engine-
I wouls put something more efficient in it if I didnt have other things that needed more attention first
