Price Difference
I needed an air filter element for my '75 1800 kombi today, so went to my local Repco due to the lack of VW suppliers in my area. They quoted me
$60!!! Needless to say I didn't buy one. In all fairness, the guy said to bring in the old one and he'd see if there was
something cheaper that would fit, but I rang Mick Motors when I got home ... $17.05!!! :o
Someone must be making some major money off VW owners, whether it's Repco or their supplier I don't know, but its not right.
