Abandoned beetle - Melbourne

An abandoned white beetle on Collins St. Melbourne between Swanston and Elizabeth. It's been there at least a week already with a couple of parking tickets. It is a white 71 -72 beetle with widened fenders and 14 inch Delta mag wheels. Wonder what's the wheels worth?
