Sounds good to me! The main thing is getting out there and having a bit of fun. Do you normally take an Esky out there?
I usually take some recovery gear and some tools. What else do I need to take?

uuhhmmm... A mobile phone, a compass, a tow truck, a first aid kit, a 2 way, a medi-vac chopper, 10,000 screaming Rally Fans that speak very little
english and start each sentence with the phrase, "Yeah, OK".......
But seriously, when I go out, I take a mobile phone, some cash, a bottle of coke and a few hand tools a tow rope, some snatch straps... But I always
leave the tow truck key with a mate...

an Esky is a good idea, because it gets very hot up there this time of year, not that it will worry you Mark but still. I also pack a light lunch and
a small firstaid kit
