fuel starve???

am curious. can a fuel pump loose performance, but still work?

one of my rides seems to starve of fuel after driving for 10-15 mins. goes still but decides to cough a little, under throtle.

any imput would be great. or suggestions if you think it oculd be something else. is 1600tp
