WTB SHORT SHOCKERS/STONE GRDS FRONT&REAR 1970 BEETLE
:blah I am interested in some shortned shockers for a 1970 beetle. I have had selector drops fitted and wish to have something that doesn't ride on
the bumper shocker stoppers. Cutting the rubbers down I am not keen on. I was advised by Volks Performance this can be done for a lower ride but I
am after something a bit better. Also I am chasing some rear and front stone guards polished in good condition. Also on another topic does anybody
know if you can fit and early style bumper with the 1967 up/down wtb new or s/hand? crome overiders on the existing bumper brackets. Also chasing 1967
rear boot engine bay If so if anybody has one of these bumpers or boot lids please u2u me. Thanks heaps chaps keep on bugg'n.:blah:blah:party Merry

possible option - dropped spindles for the front? save cutting up shocks etc or whatever.
stone guards can be bought for later model beetles from any vw shop - i dont know where mornington is, but the sponsers of the forum will have em.
as for bumpers... you can fit early model blades or coat hanger bumpers to later models, am not 100% though, possibly the mounting brackets will need
to be changed/modified slightly.
sorry didnt u2u...
goodluck
