Beetle Makeover

Well, I now have a new job, a real one with the tax office which pays a decent salary and will have the ability to spend some money on poor old Bertie Beetle. The engine is running fine at the moment and he drives pretty darn good i reckon. I would like to get new seats, with headrests put in, new carpets and door linings, steering wheel, rear storage bay cover and some new rubbers ofr the quarter-glass. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Eventually i want a respray, new wheels and lower the front end a bit, heading for a So-Cal look. + Robri Fenders? the chrome fixturs on the skirting board?

Maybe one day, when i am swimming in cash, i'll think about an engine upgrade, if the mechanics deem it plausible, to give the car a bit more grunt. Maybe 1600 twin port, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:party

Sorry, i have no questions, just thought i'd let my intentions be known, anyone who wants to tell me what to do or what not to do, please raise your voice, 'cuz i got no idea about a lot of the stuff i just listed.

Cheers,
Jay
