Hate to burst your bubble but I doubt even $30k would get you a 21.
I would buy half a dozen for $10k.

The $20k would be if you were doing everything yourself.
If you had to pay someone to do the welding, body work and paint it would cost more like $50k.

Check out Ebay. There is one in the US for (US $10000) is restored but needs minor assembly to get it all back together again. It's the blue and
white one. I would post a link but I'm using a Apple mac computer at the moment and I'm not too familiar with how it works.
