Bosch coil conversion EJ20T


Had to do this conversion recently. Had a failure of one of the original coil packs (single bolt) that fit directly on the spark plug. As a result I now have a slightly smoother idle and runup.
Bosch 716 coils x 4
10mm x 300mm plug leads x 4
This is a very easy conversion and is quite common on these engines if running higher boost as the stock coil packs have been known to breakdown.




Spyder-WISD 07-09-05 11.6s @ 125 MPH

Speedster-WISD Nats 05 14.4s @ 89 MPH

Jet cruiser-Coogee 22-09-05 900 deg C @ 110,000 rpm
