cargo floor in splitty
The cargo floor in my splitty has sagged or been stretched between the I beams. Obviously had a heavy load in it during its life. I have improved it
by straigtening out all the little dents that were in the floor but there is still up to 5mm sag when a straight edge is put on the floor. Any
suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

same here
I have the same problem. I'm going to shape a piece of steel to the same profile as the under side of the floor and get a trolley jack to push it up
from below. Hopefully the weight of the bus will straighten it out. Not sure if it will work

I have tried something similar to that and it marginally improved the situation. Somehow I think the section needs to be shrunk. I am going to find
about shrinking disks to see what they can do

shrinking makes most sense. get it shrunk with a decent torch then maybe put some extra support beneath so it doesnt happen again.
