0 inch lift kit?
hi gang
just wanted to know about 0 inch lift kits are they just body strengthing steel that is welded under the body?
and has any on got a pic of strengthing the front end like the extra arms that come from the pan to beam?

0 inch lift kits??
Any material added bewteen the floorpan/body is gonna raise the body.
If your building a baja then gets Jeff Hibbards baja bugs and buggies.
It tells you ALL you need to know (well almost)
Best descision I ever made

Hi Mike great job I,m doing my pan the same way but with a mitsu L300 front end the lip on the box is that formed from angle then spot welded on
because I was looking at folding a 90 degree in the floor halfs then pot riverting the alloy pan halfs in. Thankyou Malcolm.

Are these double wish-bone?
I've wondered how a double wishbone set up on a buggy would perform?

0" lift kits are not called lift kits as there is no lift. They are called pan strengtheners. The usually go under the floor pans as seen in many of
the aftermarket convertibles you see around. The original manx fitting instructions called for the installation of 1" water pipe to be placed in the
factory floor pan lips around the side. This is then hald in place by bolts through the original holes.
I don't see why you would want a 0" as you call it in a Baja though, you have a body to hold your pan togeather.

Just to Clarify this ain't my pan. It is the pan as built for the Baja Racing Manxter in the US. I have uploaded many of the build photos to the
Aussie Manx Club gallery.
