Advice on restoration specialists in Sydney
Hello all,
We own '73 superbug convertible. It is in ok condition and would normally still keep going for a while.
It could however benefit a lot from doing a bit of restoration work on it (re-spay etc.)
Unfortunately I have not much time and even less skills to do this myself. I was hoping someone on this forum can recommend me a professional workshop
in Sydney that does this sort of thing.
Any advice is welcome, thanks,
Rog. |

Genuine VW Cabriolet (with a glass back window) or local chop-top conversion?
Here's a few places to try.
Bug Parts/Profile Body Works - Punchbowl
9533 3530
Embassy Smash Repairs - Northmead
9630 3300
Vintage Veedub Supplies - Campsie
9789 1777
Klaack Motors - Fairfield
9724 5901
V-Wing Country - Riverstone
9627 6209
Ring around and tell them what you would like to do, and whether you can afford to do it! Good luck.

And the guys who did mine. My paintjob should speak for itself in the photos! Their business card is on my site. Go to http://oppressa.freeservers.com/humbug.htm
Then click on Restoration and the card is at the bottom.
