Yes it IS happening... I have decided, just now, 10 seconds ago... That I will take the day off...
I'd like to go out to the tracks near Sawyers Valley if anyone's keen.. Some great areas out there and the rain will turn the mud bowl into a true
experience...!!!
No one seems to have made any plans for this to go further so I'll start by suggesting meeting at BP North Perth at 10.00 AM...
Any takers, yay or nay...

I've got a roof for it. I'll go if others are keen. The weather could be alright too, the weather man is not always right, but it doesn't look good

Pulled my engine out to check crankshaft float. #1 main bearing is totally SNAFU and the flywheel has neatly shaved a few mill off the case.
No silly buggers for me in the near future.
(but ya gotta love how easy you can get the engine out of a buggy)

Last time I went to this spot it was raining and it was great fun...
I have a 7 and a half minute video of my car doing 2nd gear non stop donuts in the mud pan..
Zero traction..
There's a creek cossing too.. which needs to be judged right, otherwise you can fall off the edge like I did...:repuke and you discover the creek is
more like a river...:P

I think I'll steer clear of the creek crossings, I haven't sorted anything out for the breather hole in my tranny. A gearbox full of water wouldn't
be too good! The donuts on the pan sound like me though, anyone got a video camera??

Got a 4wd meeting us near the tracks there too and Andy is yet to confirm as he's supposed to be building his house, but if it rains he won't be

I can take the cover to work if you want (if it makes it easyer)
