WTB: 2 Litre Bay Non Camper in Adelaide

I'm looking for a Bay Kombi in Adelaide that meets the following criteria

1) Not a Pop Top
2) Not concerned with year but after a 2 litre donk
3) No Structural Rust thanks (ie Sills, Front area)
4) Basically straight (ie no huge bingles)
5) Would prefer mechanically sound, but will consider
6) Will pay up to 5G MAX, but would expect something quite decent for this sort of dosh
7) would rather get something already sorted than a project, but happy to look at sound bodies with knackered mechanicals

I am willing to look at trades on my '72 Square
