clutch??
What price should i expect to pay to fix the clutch???I only recently bought the buggy and have reciepts for a "kennedy "pressure plate and
new clutch what parts can be kept??

whats wrong with the clutch?
The standard pressure plate, disk and throw out bearing is around $200 new.
Make sure you get a german pressure plate and Throw out bearing.
throw out bearings are cheap, if your one rumbles or isnt smooth when it turns its stuffed. Replace it anyway if u don't know how long its been
there. Its cheap

if you can drop the engine you can change the clutch.
what is actually wrong with the clutch?

buggy clutch
Buggy won't go int reverse when idling. Is revving out in fourth gear, Clutch just does'nt feel right hoping its just the clutch
cable....:bounce

so it refuses to go into reverse when u idle? does it go into reverse when its not idling? This doesnt sound like a clutch problem at all.
what do u mean by "revving out"? do you mean its slipping or what?
