***SOLD*** 62 Bug for sale

Seller's Name – Steve Foster
Suburb / Post Code – Mt Colah 2079 NSW
Item Description including Brand – 1962 Beetle
Condition – Yellow 62 with lowered adjustable front beam (link pin) with disk brake conversion. 1300cc block with 1500cc barrles, 1500 Transaxle, retractable seat belts, 205/75/15's on the rear and 165's on the front. Interior has new door panels (needs trimming) and newish carpet. Needs a new headlining. Also has high back seats the rest of the interior is original, no hacked up dash and standard steering wheel etc.

Some rust along the rain lip around the luggage compartment and some in the rear valance. Nothing that has been a problem with rego etc.

The engine was rebuilt about 7 years ago but has done very little travel since then, most likely less than 10000km as it is not driven much at all which is why it's for sale (and I cant afford to register 3 vehicles).

Currently there is no rego but with a pink slip it can be re-registered (before 20 October) but it will be sold unregistered.

Includes Plates OLD62A (If sold by 20th October) with no annual fee.

Item Cost - $1000

The roofrack is not included, it's sold.

I cant say for sure but probably nothing, it just needs a pink slip. It's never failed rego yet. In total over the last two years it's done less then 1500km, I found the old rego papers and the mechanic had recorded the mileage. It must be registered before the 20th of October though otherwise the plates come off and it has to get a blue slip for rego. No big deal but more expensive than the $30 pink slip.

Cheers
