Seriously guys

- GET OVER IT!

as lugnuts said - these guys are buisness men.
Rhys if i can make a lowered strut cheaper than the Americans are you saying i cant sell it too them cause they should but a Maxx American made stut?
Are you saying we shouldnt import a set of river - riverarias - riverwhatevers from the sates cause we can buy em cheaper?

What about the guys that import the BRMs from over seas, should those guys be singled out for not paying 3X the price to buy them here?

I havent posted on this before but i am getting REAL tired of it.

Maybe Mr Moderator can open a forum section where everyone can have a bitch about it and every one can agree.

I wil probabally regret posting this ........ but it is a buisness. People need to feed people.

As Blue stated of Get Over it. And as I have said before if you whinging #@%$@!
put your hands in your pockets & purchased some of this rare or valuable stuff may stay in Aus. Most of this stuff will get you a better return than the crap super trusts you pay into.
Cheers.

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! not type II stuff. oh what am i to do.

you know the sad part is i was up there and said i was interested in various bits and that if they come in give me a call. i dropped in especially to these guys as i heard that people just ring them and say can you come take a vw away. they then jsut strip them for bits and scrap the rest as they get more offers of removals than storage.

maybe before they do send these bits os. they should be more serious about selling them locally. i know i am interested in early bumpers and other stuff.. but maybe my money is not as good as others, although i find it hard to believe as i know people are always ready to take it from me and some more greadily than others...

either way... you would think that if a local is wanting stuff that they would give us the oportunity first or is it that they just want the one big deal for the lot.

it's sad. there are those that are interested for the hobby and interest of it . then there seems to be more that are for the profit only. i dont mind a bloke making a buck. but i would like a chance to get the bits i need before they are shipped away...

Well, don't get to worried about it as there is still cheap stuff to be bought, went on a scroung last week with my partner in crime BUGBOY and we scores some good stuff, I won't go into particulard but a nice early -->59 middle seat for a splity bus was purchased for a meager sum of $20, I didn't even haggle (who would!:D) I was just happy to get one, and also that I nearly thought about buying one last year for $400+. Patience and keep looking, all will be revealed if you look hard and keep you ears to the ground.
Good Luck in your scrounging:cool:
