A big thumbs up to Richard...

Hey y'all,

Just wanna say a big thanks to Richard Holzl for doing a great job on my bug.

He lowered it, changed the sparkys, new leads and fixed stuff i didn't even ask him to do! Bes tof all, he did it in 3 days. other people i've taken it to would've done it much longer!
Plus i didn't even pay him when i took the car, he trusted that i'd pay the next day. Top Bloke.

put new shocks cos he thought the others were shot (he was right! the new KONI's are great)

:thumb he's highly recommended.

No plugging of companys, just a thank you to him. And thanks to Barry for recommending me.

Yianni

I second all this
Aussieveedubbers introduced me to Barry-who told me about Richard & Wade at Vforce & I can't put into words their attitude, the way they approach things & what they can achieve & their enthusiasm their honesty, they just make you feel good,& you can trust them

Barry you might be able to answer this - does V-force put on beers on a Friday arvo? I wouldn't mind going there for a few as i haven't seen richard for a while. Boris is probably a bit sick of us drinking all his beer too.

Of course it's good manners to BYO...

The Palace at Mortlake would be upset at this as BYO at V-Force would severely reduce the Pub's income

I have trouble getting away from work before 5.30 - 6.00ish and its a bit of a hike down to Campsie. That is why i have trouble getting there on Friday arvos.
Yeah we tend to gather at the Palace. A nice old world pub.
I am sure Rich would be more than happy to say hello. :beer:beer:beer

As for the main story - i am glad he helped you Yianni. That is what this forum is about. Passing on help. Not every one is happy with dirrent shops - but it is good when it turns out right! :bounce:bounce

Sounds great, I should be there on Friday then. It's also hard for me to get out of the office before 5:30, which means getting to VVDS by about 6. Too difficult most weeks.

But if you'll be at the Palace around 6pm on Friday, I'll see you there.

Richard has been running around frantically for me for the last 3 weeks or so since I blew my motor up, getting me a case , barrels & pistons, new cam, even on the phone to the States to CB Performance for my new H-beam rods & he got me a great price. Then there is the matter of my new disks front & rear that he rang to say they are ready to pick up & my new wheels & tyres which he also organised for me as well. I can't say enough about the guy, Brilliant!
without him I would be screwed!

Jak

G'day All

I would also like to say that my dealings with Richard have been great. I bought CT h\Hansens old sprintstars for my project, and Richard was my contact for freight from Sydney. He just showed that little extra effort made sure the wheels were packed and protected etc.. very friendly.
Thanks Richard, will send you an email early next week, may even take you up on that offer for advice etc.

Cheers
