4 Stud Buggy / Baja Mags - Now Avail


Hi Guys,
I now have these mags availible, supply time is approximately 2 weeks and they are avail in 15 x 7, 15 x 8 and 16 x 8.

I have just fitted the trial set to my Geko Ute.

Cost is $880 the set with nuts, centre caps and all polished up and ready to go.

There are made to Australian Standards and are fully legal for road use.

I think you'll find that 5-stud is still very much alive and kicking, especially in the competition arena - check out the number of wide-5 Centrelines used on comp buggies !

Sorry to hijack Brad....but it a free bump and it’s in offroad v-dubs anyway.....lol ;)

I tend to sell more alloys to wide-5

Most of my 4 stud customers only want white wheel.

Just shows how we are all different in every state.:thumb

ok .. wide 5 wheels are dead in the Road Registered area .. if you look at the offset on the comp wheels most will not go under stock guards and most are not road legal and made with AS compliance ... at least most of the ones I have seen.

The issue with wide 5 on street cars is disc brakes... NO ONE makes an affordable wide 5 conversion. I can offer 4 wheel disc brakes and mag wheels in 4 stud patter much much cheaper than wide 5 so why would you want to go wide 5 ?

Offset is around neg 12

If these are Made to Australian standards these would have a ( J ) DOT markings stamped on the inside of the rim .

Brad I need to know this as I have been asked from the guy that would like to order some from you .

yes they have an AS stamp on them. I don't know about a J marking but I am 100% sure that they are fully compliant in any state and made in australia. Load rated to like 1100 kg ea

The J marking refers to a lump on the inside of the rim
One J means there is one on the side facing out
Two J's mean there is one on both sides

It is the little bump on the L/H side of this pic. It is covered by the tyre when it is fitted
Normally you would see something like "15x7J ET38" stamped onto the rim

the bumps are designed to keep the bead on the edges of the rim even if the tyre deflates. It's a safety feature.
