1964 1300 deluxe Beetle For Sale (Sam) ****Price Drop

1964 1300 deluxe Beetle.
Lowered a lot all round with avis adjuster front end and dropped a few
splines at the back.
Reasonable all round condition, exterior a bit ratty with a few character
dints.
1500 Single Port engine with extractor exhaust and hideaway muffler. Also
has the flanged heater boxes so no exhaust leaks.
Runs great
Gearbox all good.
Brakes all good.
Full 12 volt conversion with 55amp Alternator.
Ox blood interior (red) with good rear seat and side panels. Driver and
Passenger seats need recover or new panels sewn into the top. Headliner
rough.
All rubber mats.
Has a few choice accessories
- Early 356 style driving lights. Chrome with wire mesh covers
- Early 6 volt VW branded radio Push button.
- Early VDO fuel and Oil temp gauges mounted in a chrome surround. (Oil temp
not hooked up)
- Brazilian Beetle electric windscreen washer bottle.
- full set of Porsche 356 (mangels) chrome wheels. 4.5in at the front and
5.5in at the back. Excellent tyres.
- Stainless Steel Scat Valve covers.
- Scat alloy fan pulley.
- Mesh Sun Visor.

Plus comes with the following load of parts.
- Fully repaired Early Beetle front Bonnet. Just needs smoothing and paint
- A complete early 6 volt Beetle Steel Sliding Sun Roof Panel. This is the
entire roof panel not a cut. Complete with all the sun roof mechanism in
great order. This is the correct roof section for the 64 (non Australian
made) Beetle. Quiet rare in this country as we didn't get the steel slider
until 68.
- Spare front axles and brake assembly.
- Spare lights and various other bits and bobs, Heat exchangers, Cooling
tin, shock absorbers, etc ect. There is a pile of stuff there.

Will not separate, I what to clear the whole lot out.

$4000.00 for starters.
No Road Worthy, has reg until Nov 06. Finish it off as a sunroof project or
use as is and sell the bits on. Up to you.

Contact: 0422777923, Sam
or samwh100@optushome.com.au

any questions give me a buzz or drop me an e-mail.

Forgot to add, also comes with two Camping conversion seats. they fully recline and meet the back seat to form a bed.

Please consider selling the roof cut to me!!!!

Have been searching for ages! Even contacted you a while ago about it. Car looks awesome, I'm sure it would sell fine without the roof and you'd make more money? :)

This is a great honest car, it served as my daily driver for about 12 months before selling it to Sam a couple of years ago. Great buying at that $.

Good luck with the sale.

Rhett.
