heater no worky one side


i just took the wagon(56 oval) for a run and noticed that no hot air is coming out of either vent on passengers side of vehicle(not an easy feat whilst driving). can anyone give some counsel.thanks rob.:bounce:bounce:bounce

could be a number of problems. If u have the origional engine then start at the back
1. is the cable hooked up
2. is the flapper rod fitted and hooked up
3. is the flaper valve in the heater box there ??
4. is the shut off flap valve in the top of the heater box working ??
