ever need reasurance bays can b cool s splits

I`ve said it to lots of people over the last few years (mostly when selling bay DC`s) grab a good bay now while you can, cause there all going to go the way of our splits, OS to rust ville UK,...you know what else..a pommy mate working here in WA, sponsored by VWW.A. as their mechanic...recons all our VW`s that have been exported are rusting a whole lot quicker than the local ones, as our hav`nt been treated underside for their conditions (salt)...not only will the bays all be exported soon...the price is about to sky rocket..(in my opinion anyhow)...and they are damn cool to drive..heat...suspension..etc...

how cool is this bus !...kieran

ps. the DC is my new shop truck..soon to get the works

crew cab bays have sky rocketed. Paid 2k, sold 8k, can't now buy same bus under 12k. All in about 6 years. Doh, I really wish I hadn't done that....nice pic.

Yeah, I think Bays are getting more popular. I've had 2 bugs and a MKI golf and now I am getting a bay (thanks Buggy Brad) and I can't wait. I think they are the ultimate in comfort, cruisability (?) and coolness. Viva la Bay

Yeah for sure, I've got one of each (bay & split), and love 'em both. No splitty-snobbery here thankyou! There sure are some beautiful ones out there, like this one that I saw in Adelaide once.
