without side step, rack, parcel tray, trip speedo / tacho cluster, bumper rubbers and gear stick extension.

Looks like i may have to sell another beloved Kombi .I wish i could just keep them . I thought that i would have this one forever but an oportunity has come up to own something better so If some one wants this I get that . If not thats Ok as I do really love this.
Its a 1973 2 lt running gear and a mildly worked 1800Lt mechanically excellent only a very slight oil leak from the fuel pump non others. Gear box is good just the typical sloppy change easily fixed. In the last 12 months with the view of keeping it had
New tyres
New BRMs
New suspension, BJ's , shocks "drag link, etc
New center pin and stering dampner
New wheel bearings
New rear nolathane swingarm bushes
New brakes , pads disc rotors wheel cylinders
New Split system panasonic Cd
New door rubbers, window slides felts etc
New opening quarter vents and rubbers
New door seals , and windscreen rubber ( not fitted)
New Bosch tail lights cear front indicators
New seals and rubbers for headlights taillights & iindicators
Fish oilled again
$1000 worth of soundproofing ( material cost only) using Wurth Q pads( OEM style tar sheets) and fully fitted bulkheads and under seat tin with non backed marine carpet ( nice finish) very quiet.
More stuff I dont remenmber ATM

Original paint very straight very minor rust in passenger side windscreen comes with repair section and new rubber.Some rust in gate sections but not a lot
Only other rust is very very minor and has been treated.It has not had any repaired rust as it hasnt rusted. Never thrashed the tray is excellent it was a carpet layers vehicle from new. Comes with lots nice bits, late deluxe steering wheel, trip speedo and tacho ( nicely matched Type 3 one i recon), alloy side step, OG under dash mesh style parcel tray, deluxe bumper rubbers , old man gearstick extension, bosch reversing light, and beautifully built rack,

Yes it does Barrie and im crossing over to the dark side, but ill keep you in suspence for a dfay or two. Photos to follow as soon as it is on deck.
BTW I have a very nice 2.3 single throttle bodied fuel injected type 4 spare now if you are interested LOI. Mitchell

I bought a very straight original paint 1991 twin cab T3 or T25 or whatever it is . It is a fairly rare car in this condition and especially as it has the 4 door configuration. It goes like the powers of piss and rides beautifully.
Same as Dave beckers one below ( except for the wheels) . I hope you dont mind me taking the liberty Dave .
