t3 utes? anyone seen many fs?

thinkin bout looking around for a t3 single cab ute as i know the twinny's are impossible to find at a good price! so.... has anyone seen one for sale about? any condition as it may end up a work ute only[depending on cond]
so, is it worth my search or are they harder to find than twin cab t3's?

It is at a local used car lot. he has had it for probably 2 years!! rust from sitting with water in the tray. It is an auto, has a lot of K's 350,000 ish, rust in tray is bad and each side behind front wheel wells, gates are bowed, it has done a lot of work, I wouldn't give more than about $1500.00 for it, as in needs a lot of work, and rego.

I can go and take some photos of it if you want a closer look.
