Pics have to be under 50kb to attach, or you can host offsite like at http://www.photobucket.com and paste the link of the picture in the message.

guys i don't want anybody doing anything stupid when it comes to revenge, i'm not that kinda guy.i will get legal advice and do the right thing and
let the courts figure out what to do with her. I might have got a bad deal but things tend to work out if ya do the right thing. I just thought buy
giving out her name i might warn other dubbers incase she tries to do the same thing again. So guys no revenge tactics ok. Just having all your
support is enough to get me through this crummy situation.

well what can i say about today? hmmm well to start off, legal aid finally rang me back and they didn't really help me out saying it's gunna cost me
money to get a solicitor, go to the small claims court and try and get the buisness operator to pay to get the problems fixed. Thats only if i'm
willing to spend the money, money ..... what's that? Anyway i couldn't get the service done on the car as the mechanic was just toooo busy, so i
went and saw another one and one of the mechanics there use to have a 56 oval bug so he knows how to service it. Can't get it done till monday, oh
well as long as it gets done i guess. They will only charge me $70-$80 to get it done. Tried again to take more pics of the car but it looks like i
need a new camera. Tried to get the timing right on the car today but to no avail. All i can say is the motor is gutless and it takes awhile to get it
to 90km. Funny thing happened while i was going over to Ayr today to run me other half to neato and as we were coming into town, a cpl of guys walked
across the pedestrian crossing in front of us and got their camera out and as we drove past they took a pic and had their thumbs up.

well today i had another crack at the timing, somehow i managed to get it pretty good. Cleaned the spark plugs and they were caked black, got the ol
wire brush out and gave em a good clean. Seems to run a bit better now. Got the 66 bug dropped off today even though we didn't pay the full amount,
he just wanted it away from his place, he's letting us pay the rest off. Payed $200 only ow him $300 so it's all good. Looks like herbie in a way
except it doesn't have a sunroof, i'm not worried. Needs alot of work but it'll be worth it.It's colour is pink lol

Running motor on 2 cylinders is not good, but it is a good start to find out why it is running on two cyl. It doesn't mean you have to put in a new
motor. Anyway a Google search will find you heaps, and heaps of internet pages on taking motors out. There is no 'special pointers' list. You just
have to do it right.
A great publication that can help you out in a big way is John Muirs - Complete idots guide to Volkswagen. Very easy to follow and understand and give
you 'pointers' rather than technical specifications.

hey guys i'm finally back on the internet. It's been a rough few months ya could say. Started workin on the car, painted the interior a metallic
cyan blue, put the motor from the pink bug in by myself with no help from anyone a cpl of days before i had surgery on me hurneia.Don't have much of
an exhust system on the motor as it is badly rusted. I don't know what size the motor is either, could be a 1300 or smaller.Took the seats out of the
other bug and put them in, the bug is looking a lil nicer now. Unfortunately for me when i was doing some work on the bug yesterday i ended up
dropping the back seat on my big toe:cry. Looks like i might end up getting the toenail ripped off:puke. I've got new black carpet to go in yet, it
should look good once it is in.

i coudn't get me money back unfortunatly, didn't have much of a leg to stand on as it was bought privatly. Rang mick motors and he told me that the
motor that i have in the bug at the moment thats out of the pink bug is a 1200.The original motor i took out that was having problems is a 1500. Now i
have to find an exhust for the 1200 motor as the exhust on it is non existant. Still have to get the rust fixed up on the A piller, just wish this
panelbeater would make up his mind about what he's gunna do.:bounce

You certainly have had Your share of problems....
the picture of the beetle looks great...
My Son flew to Adelaide to buy a Beetle, and all the good bits were on another beetle the owner had...
He was lucky He didn't buy it sight unseen...
He Flew back home...
Its a shame you don't have a panel beater/welder who has done this work before...
