seen on Samba a pair of vent windows from a Westy in perfect nic for $50(*US) each. from experience if sent by post total costs should not exeed $130 US. just wondering if it is worthwhile and whether anyone would be interested in going halves with me?

Going halves? You only want one?:o

I paid $120 the pair for mine locally. I expect they'd probably be worth a lot more, but you wouldn't catch me paying it. :)

because i have a van the windows were custom cut, the two on passenger side are good, but i want to replace the ruined slider on the other side. i was just wondering if these would be worthwhile.

Oops, I just assumed the post was about 1/4 vent windows.

So what are we talking about? The horizontal louvre windows? There's no hard and fast rules on price, but I'd say about $100-$150. :)

If on the other hand we're talking about the normal vent window with the louvred steel panel instead of glass, I would think they would be maybe up to $60.

horisontal, westy ones, aluminium? frames, the good sort, complete, but give me a couple of days, im flat broke but may have found some cheapies (hopefully) here in Aus.

if you want one of those ugly metal 1/4 vent replacements there's one at the wreckers in Ringwood
