SP1 upgrade tonight at 10 pm - COMPLETE
There will be a short outage at around 10 pm tonight whilst we upgrade XMB to 1.8 SP1 to fix some security issues.
There should be no outwardly visible changes, and I would imagine the site being back up by about 10.20 or 10.30 pm.
- 10.15 pm Update - it's all done. Please test as much as you can and report back anything unusual here, please.

Yep that's correct. Forum banners, business directory, and the front page will continue to work.
It will not affect anything besides these pages. And you'll be view these pages whilst I'm doing it... There's a small window when the
SQL database is updated may cause a post to be lost. So if everyone can just avoid *posting* between 10.00 and 10.30, that'll be great.

Nah, I don't actually visit shoptalk. I think I've been there twice maybe?
Mactastic is an inbuilt theme for XMB. If they use XMB with Mactastic, then sure we'll look the same as I don't spend heaps of time
modifying the site.
