So started looking at the fuel stuff and it seems their are 3 fuel lines, (pic label B). can anyone tell me how they are supposed to be plumbed
in?
Also anyone have any idea wot the thing I have labelled as (A) is?

looking at the heads it seems i am missing a cover of some sort.
(D) shows left head with cover
(c) shows right head without cover.
(Yellow is the gearbox)
So, is this cover important, can i drive it about without a cover?
Or is that a really silly question?

The radiator is gonna go in like this.
Which means the fans are going to be spinning the wrong way round.
Any clues on how to change this? Can i just swap the cables round?

The blades on fans are shaped to go one way, you can run them backwards but they are nowhere near as efficient.You could mount the fans on the other
side of the radiator. C and D are OK

the fuel lines on the driver's side are the supply and return.
the fuel lines on the passenger's side are the fuel tank breather and the solenoid that supplies the fuel vapour to the motor, you might find you
don't need that although EJ22 gurus might know better than me.
re the radiator: I wouldn't mount it where it is. I have mine mounted very similarly and it was next to useless. my fans ran nearly the whole time
and I ended up making a scoop and completely ducting the radiator in. as yours is now there is no airflow to it and it's open to getting hit in the
back. Lots of the offroad guys put their rads behind the seats where that red panel is in your frame. you get good airflow to radiator and it's up
high so you can bleed air out easily.

Are we sure that the missing cover shown on ( C) does not matter? I was kinda joking when I asked.
There are 3 fuel lines at the drivers side (B) if its just supply and return wots the 3rd one do?. Note, one of the fuel lines is smaller than the
other two.
Yeah I agreed the rad position is gonna be naff for air flow and great for getting bashed. This is really a temp/cheap solution to just prove
concept, Once I am happy it runs good, I will be moving the rad to the front.

There is no cover on C, that's how they are. Nothing is missing. Third line is vent from fuel tank to charchol cannister

Thanx yes i have googfle the cannister, and now understand the fuel lines + breather setup. Can i just bypass the charcoal canister by removing it
and replacing with rubber hose?

Pete,
The 3 fuel lines will be the same setup as my EJ20T. They are just breathers basically via the tank, engine and charcoal cannister. Some engineers or
states may require it to be hooked up. Send me your email and I will try to do a diagram or expalin it in full once I have refreshed my memory.

Pete,
The charcoal cannister can be removed from an offroad car, however you will need to vent the tank to somewhere, so you may as well vent it to the
char. can.
You also should consider that the EJ22 has a 'purge control solenoid' which is opened by the ECU when the charcoal can is purged to the inlet
manifold. If you do away with this system, you may get an error code on the computer. It will not affect the way the engine runs, but your check
engine light wont go off which can be annnoying.
