make sure you have removed all the old glue n gunk from the groove
then once tehre clean and open make sure you seat the seal right to the bottom of the door lip this takes time and effort to get them into place
not easy

the rubber near the door isn't supposed to hang out...
the rubber really needs to be glued there....
or at least pushed into place...
and the door shut...
although I don't think I've glued Mine anywhere...
I didn't think that My doors would ever close properly,,
but it only took a little while and they were OK...
the rubbers that is....
just imagine door rubbers being fitted every few minutes at the factory.... How did they do it???

You DONT need glue just a lot of effort to clean n push the seal right home
thats why the door has the lip on it to hold the rubber seal in place

Get a rubber mallet or a bit of heavy rag and cover the area that loose and give it a gentel tap to close the gap a little
Is the door fitted properly in the first place do you have good and even door gaps all the way around
Are the door faces level top and bottom with the rear panel etc etc and is the front of the door sitting in the correct spot
lots of things to look at before the door seal is fitted
