Also i have these sensors all VDO in buggy(see pic)
I would like to use the OIL temp gauge as a water tempreture gauge, can this be done and does anyone know the part number or sender which could
replace the factory sender?
I would like to use the oil pressure guage. Again any tips on part number and a good place to fit it.
Belts, i have searched through the forum as i know i have seen the answer to this, but i just carn't find it. What is the part number for the small
belt that goes from the the crank pulley to the alternator?. (used when you have removed the power steer pump and air con pump)
Well thats me,
** quick thanx and apology to Seagull, Yup the adaptor plate seems fine and yes a starter from an auto does turn the engine over, unlike the beetle
starter i was using. Me red face

I sure did pic shows car at drags, ya can clearly see the numberplate and uk tax disk (rego) sticker.
As far as the Ej22 conversion goes its all looking pritty good, all the grunt work has been done, its just stuff like getting the oil and temp senders
sorted and of coarse the minor job of installing the wiring loom of hell .
