Wayne Runs 10.49 @ 129.68 mph
CONGRATULATIONS Wayne !!!!!!!!!!
did it hard all day and pulled it all together in the end for a well deserved 10!
Morgan won his class too for full points with a killer R/T beating the big guns like Ben in the Rajab 8 sec VL.
Well done guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome Wayne, good to see after all that work. How did the new trans go with the 3.44 R&P and new 1st gear. Cheers Damo.

Bugga! I left before the final run!
Well done Wayne, you were calm and cool all day. It was great to see you sort through the issues and go from strength to strength.
You even ran with the street exhaust.
A true 10 sec street car. The first Australian VW one at that.
Congratulations.

Congratulations Wayne - all the hard work is certainly paying off. Well done!
Does this mean Wayne that you need to upgrade safety components of the oval (ie. roll cage etc)?
Cheers
Alan

Awesome work Mr Penrose, great to see that finally the magic 10 has appeared (as we all knew it would).
Out of curiosity, is 130mph alot of terminal speed for a 10.49 ? If so, does that mean there is more in the setup ?
