baja over the pits

When being checked by an engineer...

Will coil over shocks on the front be classed as a suspension modification?

I have put the engine size on the forms as a 1600cc and its a 63 model and from memory they didn't come out with 1600 in 63' Will they class that as an engine mod?

Coil over shocks are not seen as a suspension modification

Engine mod as detailed is not an issue and no blue plate is required.
