Hi

Here are the plans. The book also has them for Type 4 motors as well. Maybe if your careful you could use an old crankcase as a jig?

Even though the drawing looks really professional, there are some important dimensions missing and my measurements of the sample and the case are slightly different.

There's another bash plate for sale on eBay Australia,
Item number: 290170684754

It's currently at $76.00 AUS, or about $69.02 US.
That seems pretty salty to me because they are often listed on Samba in the $40 US range.
2 days and 1 hour to go in the auction.

John......what do do figure you have to have for one of your bash plates to make it worth your time fabbing one?
