[WTB - TAS] Split Window or 74-76 bug (doesnt matter what year)

hey guys/girls,
Im chasing up a beetle or a split window kombi for a project, doesnt have to be in tas but can be in Melbourne or at a stretch NSW... no more than $5000 for a beetle and havent really got a set budget for the kombi so someone just sell me one haha.
Peace
Shaun

Hey!
Nice to see another tasmanian on here!
Eddie (ragtopp on here) from KDFwerks would be your man to talk to.
I'll let him know what you're after..
Also are you a member of the club down here?

Also.. if you're looking for a project late beetle.. $5000 would buy you a very nice roadworthy one!
$5000 could also buy you a decent splitty project.. but i doubt it would be roadworthy lol

I think even $5000 would be pushing it for a Splitty Project in even the most worse condition. Any Splitty is salvagable in my eyes, as long as you have the $$$$. They are selling for the big bucks these days. Makes me glad we have one already!

dont worry bout the years i was chasing for, i'd kinda take anything at the moment.

Speaking of this nice tight knit Tas VW community...anyone know if a guy by the name of cam frequents this forum?? he used to have a sweet green late model beetle..and pretty sure he has a few older dubs now...anyone got his contact details? i wouldnt mind asking him for some advice (used to work with him)
Peace
